- 7 days of delivery for perishable goods (rice, wheat, pulses, oils, masalas)
- 15 days for non-perishable goods or packaged bulk items
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or accidents after delivery
- Items purchased through third-party vendors or marketplaces outside of our official channels
Refund Request Process
